SUMMARY:Robertsbridge Literary Festival 15-18 May 2019
DESCRIPTION:The Robertsbridge Arts Partnership is running The Festival during May and 3 of the events are taking place here at The Ostrich in our fuction room.  On Wednesday 15 May\, there will be A Writers’ Conversation between Terry Newman (aka Dr Tel) and Isabel Lloyd. Terry is an award winning writer and has worked with top comedy people and Isobel has worked for The Economist\, FT and The Independent.  The conversation kicks off at 7.30pm and tickets cost £5.00 \nOn Thursday 16 May there will be a darkly comic radio play reading of A Rat in the Cellar in which husband\, Alan. is locked in the cellar by his wife\, Marilyn who then gets on with enjoying life whilst plotting Alan’s untimely demise! This will start at 8.00pm \nOn the Saturday\, there will be 2 story telling sessions\, one for the under 5s and another  for those aged 5-11. Obviously\, these are in the morning at 11.00 am and again at 12.30.
